About Us

Ecoleaf Energy Ltd is a NAPIT-registered electrical contractor providing domestic and commercial electrical services across Lincolnshire, Humberside, Doncaster and the surrounding areas.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on the information provided and the findings of our on-site survey. If additional work is required beyond the original scope, we will discuss this with you and agree any additional costs before proceeding.

Payment Terms

For smaller jobs, payment is due on completion. For larger projects, we may require a deposit (typically 10–20%) on acceptance of the quote, with the balance due on satisfactory completion. We accept bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and cash.

Guarantees

All work is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months (workmanship). Larger installations carry a 6-year workmanship guarantee. Manufacturer warranties on products and components are in addition to our workmanship guarantee.

Cancellation

You may cancel a booking with at least 48 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out fee.

Liability

We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from our work is limited to the value of the contract or the extent of our insurance cover, whichever is greater.
